East Sussex, we’re seriously upgrading your broadband. We’re installing a completely new, 100% full fibre broadband network across the town, bringing hyper fast and hyper reliable broadband to The South East.
We do prioritise areas of high demand, so the more people registering in a specific area the better - we may well reach you sooner than expected. If we are live in your area you can switch online, just choose your package and install date and off we go! Prices start from just £24 per month for a 24 month 100Mb domestic package. If we’re not live in your area just yet, you can register for updates - the team will then call or email once we know a more accurate date for install.
This is a major infrastructure upgrade, and it takes time and a multi-million pound investment; we appreciate all the support and encouragement - and most of all - patience of all the households and businesses in Eastbourne who desperately want and need our reliable broadband.
Monthly Website Pop Up Offer
We will select one registration per month, from 31st March 2022 and each month-end thereafter until further notice, where the resident has signed up via our website 'pop up', at random and that household will receive 12 months of free 1Gb broadband. T&Cs apply. Residential Broadband only, not valid for Business customers.
Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
If you are not the home owner, the installation of Full Fibre to your home may be subject to the approval of the Freeholder, if permission is not given, the prize will be forfeited.
During our Site Appraisal, if for any reason Lightning Fibre cannot carry out a ‘Standard Installation (standard being an installation that takes no more than 2 hours and encounters no material obstacles) you will have the option of paying an Installation Fee or forfeiting the prize.
You are entering into a formal contract with Lightning Fibre that will run for 12 months, with a standard 1Gb package discounted to zero pounds per month. You will be subject to our Contract Terms. After 12 months, you have the right to cancel or to renew your contract with us at the prices available at that time. There is no charge to cancel during or after the initial 12 months.
You must be over 18 to enter this prize draw. There is no alternative prize and this prize has no cash value.
Lightning Fibre may cancel this promotion at any time, and offer an alternative prize at our complete discretion.
The Prize Winner agrees to be photographed and that photograph may be shared on Lightning Fibre’s social media platforms, website and in Press Releases to local media outlets.
