We employ a team of full and part time Community Engagers who work directly for us (they are not agency / temporary staff). They do not work on a 'commission only' basis or a zero hours contract. They will be wearing Lightning Fibre branded clothing and always carry photo ID, which will be on display when they knock on your door.
They will tell you about our Full Fibre network and answer any questions. They will ask for your contact details (phone and email) so we can keep in touch with you. They will not ask for bank details or any financial information. Providing us with your contact details does not commit you to our service, or obligate you to use us now or in the future. If you are interested in signing up to a Broadband Contract with us, you can do that online in your own time, or over the phone with our sales consultants.
