Eastbourne Service Issues

We're currently experiencing degraded broadband performance for a number of customers in Eastbourne Old Town and the surrounding area.

We have engineers scheduled to work on this issue overnight. Further updates will be posted here as soon as we have more news.

8.25 am - Monday 25 November 2025

Maintenance was carried out overnight and we're monitoring the network at this time. If issues persist, there may be a requirement for some further maintenance later today to address this. Further updates to follow as soon as we have more information from the engineering and network team.

1.30 pm - Tuesday 25 November 2025

The maintenance work was completed on Monday night and we have monitored network performance for 24 hours. We are confident that the issue is now fully resolved and your broadband performance is now back to full strength.
