Today, we want to shine a light on the teams who plan, build, install and maintain our full fibre network who directly contributed to us winning this competitive award again.
From Planning to Delivery
Before a single home is connected, our planning teams design a resilient, future-ready network for each community. They work closely with local authorities, landlords and residents to ensure every rollout is carefully planned, well coordinated and delivered smoothly.
Once plans are in place, our in-house build team step in. They bring a wide range of technical knowledge and hands-on experience, working rain or shine, into the night, and sometimes into the early hours to make sure projects stay on track and customers are connected quickly. Their flexibility and dedication are key to delivering a reliable network from the very start.

Installation and Ongoing Assurance
Our installation teams then bring the network to life for residential and business customers, making the final network connection into your property. They take pride in doing the job right first time and keeping customers informed throughout the process.

Supporting this work is our Assurance Team, who work round the clock alongside our engineers, monitoring performance, investigating faults and resolving any issues quickly. Their dedication ensures the network continues to perform at its best after installation is complete.
