Celebrating the People Behind Lightning Fibre’s Hat-Trick Win
A few weeks ago, Lightning Fibre was named Best Consumer ISP (Under 100,000 Customers) at the national ISPA Awards for the third year in a row.
Winning this award three times running is an amazing achievement, and it’s thanks to all the incredible people that work within our business.
The Best Consumer ISP Award is judged on a number of factors, including overall service levels, packages, performance, customer satisfaction, value, fair pricing and support for vulnerable customers. Plus, publicly available data from sources like Ofcom and Trustpilot.
Spotlight on Our Sales and Customer Services Teams

The Sales Team are often the first point of contact, helping people understand full fibre broadband, choose the right package, and make the switch with confidence.
“We’ve got an upbeat, dedicated team that loves helping people - whether that's on the phone, face to face at our shop in Eastbourne's Enterprise Centre, or talking to local residents in the communities we serve” said Darren Golder, Head of Sales.
The Customer Services Team work every day from 8 am to 8 pm from our local office in Eastbourne too. They are so dedicated to keeping every client happy - and have achieved an Excellent rating on Trustpilot - with a 4.8 score (out of 5).

Supporting Customers Every Step of the Way
Rob Reaks explained how Lightning Fibre also met the judges criteria for supporting individual customers. "If someone is in receipt of means-tested benefits, our social tariff is available for £15 per month, for 50Mbps. They can switch to this package at any time if their circumstances change, without any penalty.
