Sales Advisor – Eastbourne
Full-Time (40 hours per week) | Office-Based | Shift Work Including Some Evenings & Weekends
We’re now looking for a confident, motivated Sales Advisor to join our team and help more homes and businesses benefit from our network.
The Role
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be speaking with potential customers by phone and email, introducing them to our Full Fibre broadband service and helping them switch. You’ll play a key part in increasing awareness of Lightning Fibre across our target areas while working towards achievable individual and team targets.
This is a lively, people-focused role where communication skills and a positive attitude make a real difference.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Contacting prospective customers by phone and email
- Explaining the benefits of our Full Fibre broadband service clearly and confidently
- Converting interest into live customers
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
- Building rapport quickly and handling questions or objections professionally
- Using company systems accurately to record customer information
- Supporting teammates during busy periods
What We’re Looking For
- Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people
- Positive, target-driven mindset
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Organised and able to manage follow-ups effectively
- Good basic IT skills
- Willingness to work shift patterns, including some evenings and weekends
Sales or customer service experience are required, but attitude and communication skills matter most.
