We’re now looking for a D2D Lead Generator to join our field team and help us connect even more customers across East & West Sussex.

What You’ll Be Doing

This isn’t pushy sales — it’s friendly, face-to-face engagement

  • Visiting residential areas (door canvassing) to introduce our broadband service
  • Generating warm leads for our telephone sales team
  • Attending events and other venues to drive awareness
  • Creating natural, simple conversations using your training
  • Capturing accurate customer details for follow-up
  • Representing our brand professionally and positively

·       You’ll be working a mix of daytime hours with occasional evening/weekend shifts on a rota — always with plenty of notice. You will be working 40 hours per week.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need Broadband Industry experience, but you must be someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people.

Essential:

  • A full driving licence (you’ll be in a company vehicle)
  • 1+ year experience in sales or customer-facing roles
  • Confident communicator and  rapport builder
  • Positive, self-motivated attitude
  • Well-presented, reliable and professional
  • Comfortable working outdoors and walking throughout the day
  • Willing to work the occasional evening/weekend shift
