Full Fibre broadband is the fastest and most reliable broadband technology available, and delivers guaranteed speeds to the modem inside your home. We also offer virtual landline (VoIP) services to our broadband customers. With One Touch Switch (OTS), you can switch to Lightning Fibre quickly and easily; select OTS at checkout and we will talk to your current provider and manage your move to Lightning Fibre for you, saving you time and hassle! Under this process, you don’t need to contact your current provider at all. Instead, we can arrange the transfer for you. Once you’ve instructed us to begin the switching process, both Lightning Fibre and your old provider will send you a letter to let you know about the details of the switch, and an estimate of when it will happen. In some cases, OTS will not be possible and you will need to cancel your existing contact directly with your provider, we will advise you if this is the case.
Lightning Fibre operates a Sussex-based customer service call centre, available every day from 8am to 8pm (except on Christmas Day) and we have a retail unit in Eastbourne, located in the Enterprise Shopping Centre, open Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm if you prefer to chat face to face.
