Lightning Fibre’s Eastbourne Carnival Creative Workshops
For Eastbourne Carnival 2025 – a programme of workshops to be held in different venues across Eastbourne has been organised to help our Entrants with Costumes and Performance. Below is a list of what you can book on to for FREE. All you need to beis a registered entrant for this years Carnival!

Carnival Masterclasses with Ray Mahabir
