Lightning Fibre may scoop the ISPA Best Consumer ISP (fewer than 100,000 customers) for a third consecutive year.
Having won the prestigious award in 2023 and 2024, The Internet Service Providers’ Association (ISPA UK) has shortlisted Lightning FIbre for the award in 2025. Lightning Fibre is also shortlisted for the Best Customer Experience Award 2025.
🏆 ISPA UK Best Consumer ISP (<100,000 customers) 2025 finalist
🏆 Best Consumer ISP (<100,000 customers) 2024 winner
🏆 Best Consumer ISP (<50,000 customers) 2023 winner
In a landmark 30th anniversary year for ISPA UK, these Awards come as the sector achieves gigabit-capable broadband connections for 84% of residential and commercial properties. Providers are focused on rolling out new infrastructure in a landscape of market consolidation, alongside other priorities such as online safety, fraud, digital inclusion, and weathering technological change.
“The 2025 ISPA Awards will provide a fantastic conclusion to this year, with a shortlist that truly showcases the strengths and innovations that are driving our industry forward. I am very much looking forward to joining colleagues and peers on the 13th November. It will be a wonderful occasion to toast these incredible achievements and collectively celebrate the successes of our industry,” Steven Leighton, ISPA UK.
