Lightning Fibre Returns to Support St Wilfrid’s Rainbow Run 2026
This June, we’re pleased to return as a sponsor of St Wilfrid’s Hospice’s much-loved 5k Rainbow Run, taking place on Saturday 6 June from 11am to 5pm at Nash Street Farm, Hailsham. You’ll find us on the day hosting the yellow paint station, one of seven stops along the fun-filled route.
A Day Full of Colour
The Rainbow Run is open to all ages and abilities, with no pressure to race. Participants can run, walk or take their time through a series of colour stations, where paint (coloured powder) is thrown over the entrants as they pass through. Foam cannons at the start and finish add to the fun, before the day rounds off with a lively paint party to really get yourself covered!

Each ticket and every splash of colour help raise funds for St Wilfrid’s Hospice, supporting its work for local people and families, including end of life care, specialist nursing and support at home. The event continues to attract strong support, with more than 1,500 participants last year and over £100,000 raised.
Local Support for a Local Cause
Building on our involvement in 2025, we’ve continued to support the hospice over the winter, including funding days of nurse care earlier this year and providing connectivity to several of its high street shops.
