Since launching our network in 2018, we have been delivering an ultra reliable and lightning fast, full fibre broadband service with customer care at the heart of everything we do.
We have now reached a major milestone - 5,000 customer reviews on Trustpilot and an overall rating of 4.8 out of 5 - which means we are rated as Excellent!
We’re delighted to say that 92% of our customer reviews are rated 5 stars, that’s a lot of very happy customers!
