Lightning Fibre Donates Easter Eggs to the Eastbourne Foodbank
This Easter, Lightning Fibre came together across the whole company to donate a fantastic collection of Easter eggs to the Eastbourne Foodbank. Across the business, staff contributed to a company-wide initiative to collect Easter eggs, which were then delivered to Eastbourne Foodbank in time for the Easter Bank Holiday weekend. Thanks to the generosity and enthusiasm of our employees, we were able to gather a fantastic collection of Easter treats — a small gesture that we hope made a big difference.
A big thank you to Mark, the warehouse manager at the Foodbank, for welcoming us and for the amazing work he and the team do every single day. Mark kindly showed us around and shared some insights into the incredible work the foodbank does every day. From providing essential food parcels to offering support and advice, their dedication to helping local people in crisis is truly inspiring. We're proud to support such an essential local cause and help bring a little extra joy to families in our community this spring . At Lightning Fibre, we believe in giving back to the communities we serve, whether through charitable donations, volunteering, or local partnerships, we're always looking for ways to make a positive impact.
Gary Phethean from Lightning Fibre, commented “This Easter, Lightning Fibre was proud to donate a number of Easter eggs to the Eastbourne Foodbank to help spread a little joy to local families in need.
