Lightning Fibre delivers lightning-fast broadband to the Heathfield Show

Polegate-based Lightning Fibre has provided free WiFi connectivity to the entire showground again, for the event which takes place on Saturday 25th May.

Tickets are available online and also on the day, visit www.heathfieldshow.org.

Tracy Hobden, Show Coordinator commented “Lightning Fibre are supplying free lightning-fast full fibre broadband to the entire showground this year, which is a significant donation in terms of the costs involved of delivering this connectivity to a site this large. This support makes a big difference. The 2024 Heathfield Show will be one of the best connected shows in the UK, and will make a huge difference to the experience of traders and visitors on the day, all 17,000 of them. Lightning Fibre will also provide hyper fast broadband to the Ashdown Radio outdoor broadcast team, who will be transmitting live at the show all day.”

Throughout the morning of the Heathfield Agricultural Show there are Horse classes and events, Livestock competitions with best of breeds for Cattle and Sheep & Pig all competing for the lucrative championship prizes in each section. Main Ring attractions change each year providing visitors with all round, great family entertainment.

New for 2024, two local businesses The Sussex Flower School and Flitterbrook Flower Farm are working together to bring a new style flower exhibit to the Show this year. The Flower Hub will bring you a brilliant display of seasonal flowers, an education area, eco-floristry techniques, demonstrations, plants and accessory sales and much more.

If you grab a selfie with the new photo wall, located by the Red Gate outside the cattle building, and post it to social media using the hashtag #heathfieldshow, you could win a £250 prize hamper! The Lightning Fibre Photo Wall is co-sponsored by Newton and Frost Fencing limited and Signtek Signs.
