Hyper fast full fibre broadband strikes Eastbourne Borough Football Stadium, thanks to local providers Lightning Fibre and Cloud, Voice and Data

Eastbourne Borough Football Club has updated its broadband and WiFi at the Stadium on Priory Lane, Eastbourne, improving the experience for visitors, players and outlets on the site.

Lightning Fibre has laid a brand new Full Fibre optic network across Eastbourne, and Eastbourne Borough Football Club is the latest business to switch to this new, locally-managed network. Working with East-Sussex based Managed IT service partner, Cloud, Voice and Data, Lightning Fibre has delivered a hyper fast, symmetric full fibre service to the stadium.

Cloud, Voice and Data are official partners of Borough in The Community Trust, the charitable arm of Eastbourne Borough Football Club, which “harnesses the power of football to connect with, support and inspire our community”.

Lightning Fibre’s community engagement team recently enjoyed a tour of the stadium and facilities with new Club Owner, Simon Leslie, and striker Callum Kealy who joined the club in October 2023.

Lightning Fibre will play a charity football match on the main Eastbourne Borough Football Club pitch on 12th May 2024. More details to follow.
