Additional flexible contracts are available, prices shown above are on an initial 24 month contract then rolling month by month with a one months' notice for cancellation.
Once the minimum service period ends, the service fee payable will revert to the '1 Month rolling' price. At that point, you can fix into another minimum service period. If you renew your minimum service period having paid the 1 month rolling service fee, you will receive a rebate of up to 3 months' of the difference paid between the 1 month rolling service fee and the minimum service period fee.
Advertised speeds are 'at the modem' in your premises. For best performance use a wired Ethernet connection. Wireless performance/WiFi speeds are dependent on compliant devices and subject to good wireless conditions, so will not reflect maximum package speeds. If you have 'dead spots' in your property, please consider our Extenders, which are priced at £4 per unit per month, including VAT, to boost the WiFi coverage.
Add a Static IP Address to your package for £6 per month.
