We’re now looking for an experienced Telesales Manager to lead, develop, and motivate our telesales team as we enter an important growth and performance-improvement phase.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role, not a desk-bound reporting position.
You’ll be responsible for running a high-performing telesales operation through:
- Strong people leadership
- Consistent performance management
- Coaching and development
- Clear daily structure and motivation
You’ll balance operational control with human leadership —creating an environment where people feel supported, accountable, and energised to perform.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and motivating a team of telesales advisors to deliver sales, revenue, and conversion targets
- Embedding a clear daily, weekly, and monthly management rhythm
- Running structured morning meetings to set focus and drive momentum
- Coaching individuals through regular 1:1s and team training sessions
- Managing and improving performance across key KPIs (sales, conversion, call volume, AHT, revenue, add-ons)
- Actively managing team morale, engagement, and confidence
- Using incentives and recognition to drive performance and positive behaviours
- Ensuring high standards of professionalism, compliance, and data integrity
- Monitoring lead quality, escalating issues, and working constructively with stakeholders
- Analysing performance data and producing clear reports for senior management
- Ensuring effective use of Salesforce and supporting continuous process improvement
You will also continue to be involved in sales activity where appropriate, leading by example.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a telesales or call-centre sales environment
- Experience managing or leading a sales team
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs and performance metrics
- Confident using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable
- Experience in broadband, telecoms, or regulated sales environments
- Experience implementing incentive schemes or performance improvement plans
