Everybody loves a recommendation. We know that you will be delighted with your Lightning Fibre broadband connection and we would love you to tell your friends, family members and work colleagues.
We email all customers with a unique referral code. You can share your code with as many people as you wish, in person, via WhatsApp, text or email. When they use your code to sign up to a 24 month Lightning Fibre broadband package, we will give you AND them a £25 Love2shop voucher. Terms and conditions can be found below.

How it works
When you signed up to your broadband service, we emailed you a unique referral code.
You can find your code at any time in your Lightning Fibre customer portal, in the account details section. Simply send this to all of your contacts and watch the rewards roll in!

Refer a Friend - Terms and Conditions
• The refer a friend reward scheme is open to active residential and business customers. Each customer (referrer) is provided with a unique referral code that they can share with friends, family members and colleagues (referees). If a referee provides a valid referral code at the point of ordering a 24 month Lightning Fibre Residential Broadband contract, each party will be rewarded with a £25 Love2Shop voucher.
You cannot claim using a code after the order date if the code was not used at the point of sale.
• This scheme has no ‘cash value’ – we provide a £25 shopping voucher for the referrer and referee. The vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Voucher rewards not claimed within the claim period will be forfeited. In addition, any individual vouchers claimed and received must be used before the expiration date stated on them. Lightning Fibre will not provide compensation for vouchers (or any part of them) that are not claimed or are unused after their expiry date.
• This scheme is only valid for sales of 24 month residential broadband packages. It excludes business broadband packages (but it is valid for business customers referring friends to residential broadband 24 month packages).
• Refer a friend rewards cannot be applied to service fees, cancellation fees or any associated costs as per our standard terms and conditions.
• We have the right to change the reward type and/or value, or withdraw this reward from any individual at any time without notice at our complete discretion.
