Lightning Fibre is an Eastbourne based Full Fibre Network operator and Internet Service Provider. Our network is being rolled out across the South East. To access private land or buildings (including large, purpose built flats or smaller homes divided into smaller units) we require the written permission from the Freeholder(s) (a 'wayleave').

What is an Access Agreement?

An Access Agreement is required for a communications network provider to use another party’s land in order to install, operate and maintain a digital communications network.

A Wayleave is a type of access agreement and forms a contractual agreement between a landowner or landlord and a telecommunications provider, where the landowner grants the network provider a licence with the right to access land and/or property, to install and maintain electronic communications apparatus.

The Wayleave Agreement is not exclusive; you are free to enter into agreements with other networks for your building. Should you wish for us to remove our equipment from your property, you will give us written notice.

The Wayleave Agreement attached is a simple document which outlines the basic terms of our Agreement with you.
