The purpose of this role is to assist the HR Manager with administration duties and organise training needs throughout the business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performing a range of general administrative duties
  • Inputting data into the HR system (Breathe HR)
  • Processing all new employee documentation and conducting reference checks
  • Assist with the training program - liaise with suppliers and organise training for the teams as directed by the hiring manager
  • General office support and ordering supplies

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • A keen interest to develop a career in a HR (People Practice) and a desire to work towards CIPD level 3
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft packages particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Desire to help the business grow and develop in the best possible way
  • Experience in an administrative role

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
