Lightning Fibre is an exciting new broadband network builder and operator based in Eastbourne, serving Eastbourne, Hastings, Hailsham and Heathfield.
We are building our brand across these four towns. We do this in many ways, including through our network of Community Engagers.
You’ll be part of a team with the objective of increasing awareness of Lightning Fibre in our target areas. The ideal outcome of your conversation with potential customers is for them to give us their contact details so we can keep in touch by phone and email.
You’ll be delivering letters and flyers to homes and businesses, knocking on doors and attending outdoor events. Ultimately, you’ll be engaging in meaningful, high quality, well informed conversations to create awareness of and interest in our network with the ultimate objective that ‘when our network is available to them and they are not restricted by a fixed term contract they will switch to Lightning Fibre’.
This role includes shift work that includes some weekends and evenings. You will be given realistic performance targets which you must strive to achieve and exceed. You may be asked to carry out additional duties to cover colleagues in the team during busy periods and to provide holiday cover.
You will receive full training, lots of support and you’ll pass your leads to a dedicated sales team to be nurtured. You’ll be comfortable in a sales environment, without being pushy.
