There are four cornerstones to this role:
You’ll be an awesome project manager - you’re probably an experienced Business Development Manager or Account Director (or Account Manager looking for the step up in your career) - great at developing, nurturing, and growing strong business relationships.
You’ll probably already have a personal, local business network; you’re great at real life and virtual networking, confident using LinkedIn (you’ll have lots of great connections already, and you’ll be effective at growing this in your new sector) and brimming with ideas for Sales and Marketing campaigns that will help you achieve your goals.
Experience of telecoms, utilities or broadband specifically would be preferred.
You’ll be well organised, comfortable using CRMs, proactive and super confident (but not pushy).
Great presentation skills are a must. You’ll thrive on your own, meeting and beating targets, as well as being a positive team player who can motivate and inspire those around them.

From year 2, we’ll introduce a commission-scheme so that you can benefit from the great relationships you’ll develop during your first year.
