Brand Awareness Team Members - £24,000 OTE

We’re the new kids on the block and we’re shaking things up in the world of broadband connectivity. We’re not using the existing BT Openreach network, we’re laying our very own full fibre optic network - this means we can guarantee speeds 3x the local average, with much better reliability. Plus, as a 100% local firm, we can give exceptional customer service.

Being new, not everyone knows about us. As we roll out our new full fibre service we need people to help us spread the word. There’s no selling involved. Sounds too good to be true? It’s not. Read on.

You’ll be working as part of a hard working team, mostly outdoors, at events, visiting local businesses and knocking on doors. You’ll be upbeat, positive and great at communicating.

We’ll train you in what to say, but how you say it is up to you - you’ll be a natural communicator, a good listener and confident (not pushy). You’ll work as part of a friendly team, and you’ll get lots of support.

We like to have fun and not take ourselves too seriously. We have realistic, achievable team targets to hit, but the focus is on having great conversations.

We also let people know we’re coming with leaflet drops and targeted marketing campaigns, which you’ll help us deliver.

You’ll be answering any questions, explaining the key benefits and dealing with any concerns.

Most of all, you’ll be positively representing Lightning Fibre and creating local goodwill. We’re already finding demand is very high, people are crying out for decent broadband. So, we collect names and phone numbers and our sales team let them know once the network is live in their area. Nice and simple.
