We're Proud to sponsor the St. Michael’s Hospice ‘Follow that Duck’ Art Trail.
During Summer 2022, Hastings and Rother hosted 30 large duck sculptures creating a live art trail - 'Follow that Duck' - from Hastings Old Town to Bexhill on Sea. This fun, free, family friendly event created an outdoor art gallery of fabulous creativity and inspiration within our local communities. Created by Wild In Art, the event ran from 24th June 2022 through to September.
The Art Trail raised awareness for St Michael’s Hospice which provides high quality, responsive palliative care and bereavement support across Hastings and Rother and works collaboratively with others to improve end of life care for all. An auction of the sculptures on 7th Oct raised over £75,000 for the hospice.
Lightning Fibre were proud to 'sponsor a duck' and we subsequently bought our duck at auction for £2,300, and it now nests in our Eastbourne HQ.
